Unveiling My Work for a New Generation

If you wonder. . .

Who am I to go after that opportunity, step into that role, put myself out in the world, speak what’s really on my mind and are waiting for permission to be any facet of who you are. . .

You don’t actually know yourself.

You know the person other people have told you that you are. . .

Shame, fear, unworthiness — what many call “imposter syndrome” these days — are all what someone else has taught you. The good news is that what is taught can be unlearned and unwound, but it doesn’t happen in the mind.

I work with a new generation of creative souls who are being stifled in their personal and professional lives.

These are visionary and compassionate people who have become out of touch with who they are underneath the roles they fulfill for others or in society. They struggle with putting themself first and experience shame, doubt and disconnection from other people and often themselves. Some don’t even know themselves at all beyond a sense of fragmentation, broken pieces, or what I call “shards of the self.”

They might feel lost, adrift or rootless and have an intense desire for inner healing and wholeness. They know they’re holding back pieces of who they are and want to bring more feeling, authenticity and creativity into their lives.

I understand these desires and can guide you in how to create meaning and reshape these fragmented pieces into new visions of what’s possible. In a society that tries to tear down what is most precious about you through trauma, loss, neglect, disconnection or whatever experiences you encounter that take you away from your own sense of self, I help to restore you in mind, body, heart and spirit.

My offerings at Dialogical Persona Healing Arts provide a portal — an opening allowing my client’s to nurture the soul’s journey, tending to the roots of their own ground for self-growth. Transforming old stories and investing in our own personal development takes courage, compassion and commitment. The work I do is all about uncovering what is old within us, so that we may rise from the ashes with newfound purpose, passion and direction for who we want to be in the future.

And our world needs new visions for a future we want to be living right now! A future that speaks to our ability to serve humanity as well as embody our own personal power. In order to do that, we need creative and visionary people who feel alive, vibrant and full of purpose rather than robotic or simply going through the motions of life.

My name is Kelsay Elizabeth Myers, and my work provides a container for greater mental health and wellbeing. As a trauma specialist using cutting edge processes for trauma resolution and wholeness, I offer my clients the space and time to reconnect or redefine their roots to a deeper sense of purpose in life, so they can be of service in a way that nourishes their creativity and passion. Unlike other coaches and therapists, I don’t follow a script written by some renowned figure of what’s been done before and force you to follow someone else’s steps to transformation. Those transformations won’t last. I am specialized in guiding every client’s unique process of becoming. My work is focused on what will help each person to express all the aspects of who they are.

I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals over the past 14 years on their personal and professional development using arts-based practices and creative inquiry for transformational healing. If you’re not living life the way you want to be living it, I offer cutting-edge personal empowerment programs that help you awaken internal resources to unburden yourself of the stories keeping you small, confined and less than all that you want to feel and experience in the world.

Some benefits of working with me are:

  • I guide you in creating your own inner sanctuary, so you have tools and resources of safety and security and can build up trust in yourself and your environment.

  • I teach you how to expand your capacity to feel, to experience, and to be more in your life, so you can express all of who you are with greater clarity, confidence and empowerment.

  • I help you find greater self-awareness and attunement to your own wants, needs and self-expression. And, I support you in exploring and reflecting on how you currently express yourself in your personal and professional relationships, so you can communicate more authentically from your own authority.

  • I help you navigate challenges in your life more easefully with less overwhelm, stress, anxiety and external pressure, so you can experience more joy, happiness and fulfillment.

  • I increase your ability to be present with yourself and others, so you can accept the ups, downs and uncertainties in life and in your relationships with more knowledge and compassion.

If any of this sounds like something that could support you, let’s talk!

I’d love to get to know more about you in a fun chat, find out where you’re at in this moment, and explore the possibility of ways we can work together if that feels aligned.
