Individual Sessions

I provide brave sanctuaries to those who want liberation from conditioning and convention to tend to the roots of their own ground using the body, the self, and the arts. My clients are completely engaged in their own process of healing and growth.

Transforming old stories and investing in our own personal development takes courage, compassion and commitment. The work I do is all about uncovering what is old within us, so that we may rise from the ashes with newfound purpose, passion and direction for who we want to be in the future.

Some benefits of working with Kelsay are:

  • I guide you in creating your own inner sanctuary, so you have tools and resources of safety and security and can build up trust in yourself and your environment.

  • I teach you how to expand your capacity to feel, to experience, and to be more in your life, so you can express all of who you are with greater clarity, confidence and empowerment.

  • I help you find greater self-awareness and attunement to your own wants, needs and self-expression. And, I support you in exploring and reflecting on how you currently express yourself in your personal and professional relationships, so you can communicate more authentically from your own authority.

  • I help you navigate challenges in your life more easefully with less overwhelm, stress, anxiety and external pressure, so you can experience more joy, happiness and fulfillment.

  • I increase your ability to be present with yourself and others, so you can accept the ups, downs and uncertainties in life and in your relationships with more knowledge and compassion.

“I’m so grateful to Kelsay. She was so calm and kind as she walked me through observing, understanding, and expressing myself. Through her coaching and the resources she shared with me, I unlocked the inner stability I’ve been looking for practically my whole life. Life is never certain, but I’m a whole lot more confident about living now.”

Nancy Guerrera, Artist & Intuitive Guide in Santa Rosa, CA

“Kelsay’s support in our sessions helped me connect more deeply with and clarify my inner vision of what I truly wanted to do with my creative urges and desires. The process was both gentle and bold. I appreciated her deeply kind and skillful presence that guided and affirmed and held space for me as I unraveled and explored.”

How does it work?

Unlike other coaches and therapists, I don’t follow a script written by some renowned figure of what’s been done before and force you to follow someone else’s steps to transformation. Those transformations won’t last.

I am specialized in guiding every client’s unique process of becoming. My work is focused on what will help each person to express all the aspects of who they are.

I’ve worked with many individual clients on their personal and professional development using mindfulness, drawing, self-reflective writing, freeform dance and intuitive movement, performance ritual, and found objects, and many other techniques.

My individual sessions are either 60 minutes for $220 or 90 minutes for $250.

R. Ebora, Multi-disciplinary Artist & Independent Consultant in Batangas City, The Philippines

“I sought out sessions with Kelsay at a time when I was blurry, out-of-sorts, and generally detached from everything. My goals were to reconnect to purpose, be more present, enhance creativity, and accomplish groundedness. These were all realized with the gentle and consistent support I received from Kelsay during our weekly sessions. I felt heard, understood, wisely and firmly guided by her. . .Of my several experiences with coaches, I can affirmatively say that she ranks high when it comes to effectiveness, congruency, and professionalism.”

Jackie Moy, Spatial Story Designer and Founder of Fantasy Funerals in Oakland, CA

“I had a real breakthrough after our session today. I had an informational interview that made me realize something I don’t want to do. I feel a renewed commitment and focus to my life’s work and feel like its path is fully revealed to me. The filter that was holding me back is gone!!!! Maybe not forever. But I feel so much more comfortable. Thank you so much for the change you have brought to my life.”

Hollis Citron, Creativity Doula, Publisher and Owner of I Am Creative Publishing

“Kelsay has such a way about her that allows you to feel safe to express and feel real results in a short time frame. For me, it was literally 10 minutes I felt a loosening up and release of energy. Kelsay really challenged me to get out of my own way and uncomfortable feelings. Thank you Kelsay!

Meet Your Coach

Kelsay Elizabeth Myers, MFA, RSME

My path has been to embody myself, to truly accept what arises within me and express it, so I can serve others. I look at myself, others and the world and try to create something beautiful from the composition, and sometimes, from the wreckage. I’ve spent my entire life uncovering more and more layers and facets of who I am. Among my many facets: I am a woman, a lesbian, a millennial, a Korean adoptee, a writer, a mixed media artist, a dreamer and a trauma specialist who works along the edges of the mythic self, trauma resolution and compassionate change.

One of the greatest gifts I received from expressive arts has been the mirroring, reflection and integration of my whole self. I want more people who experience trauma, disconnection and fragmentation or what I call “shards of the self” to receive the gifts of wholeness and trust. In a society that tries to tear down what is most precious about us through trauma, loss, neglect, disconnection or whatever experiences you encounter that take you away from your own sense of self, I help to restore you in mind, body, heart and spirit.

As Founder of Dialogical Persona Healing Arts, I offer cutting edge transformational programs that help people to dance, define and dream their future, so they can have more confidence, trust and personal power in life. I won Pacific Sun’s Best Life Coach award in the 2024 “Best of Marin County, CA” special feature, the Larkspur Business Person of the Year in 2024 on Alignable and was also a 2024 Emerging Scholar Award recipient from The Arts in Society Research Network, among other awards for entrepreneurship, creativity in mental health and leadership.

With dual M.F.A. degrees in Creative Writing from Saint Mary’s College of California and certification as an Awakened Life Coach and a Tamalpa Institute Life/Art Process® Practitioner, I have 14 years of experience teaching, researching and collaborating in integrative somatic trauma therapy modalities, identity and ways of understanding the self, what makes a meaningful life and using the arts for personal and social transformation.

If you’d like to know more about how transformational coaching and expressive arts sessions can help you on your own path, let’s talk. I offer FREE Express Yourself Connection Calls to learn more about what’s happening for you.

“I have truly enjoyed working with Kelsay! She has been a huge help to many techniques and tools I use on a daily basis. We have worked on many topics surrounding my life inclusive of adoption, career changes, and relationship dynamics. Her work has taken me out of my mind and back grounded into my body. Her kindness and openness to investigate and articulate finding strategies to ease fears, anxieties, and trauma informed responses has been a life saver. I have enjoyed dancing, drawing, and visualizing my tools as she creates a safe container to play, probe, and practice these skill sets. This is my second year working with her, and I am so immensely grateful!”

“Kelsay Elizabeth Myers is an inspiring expression of healing trauma and creativity…unblocking creative endeavor and improving self-image. Our work together this past year jettisoned some important healing, as well as entrepreneurial completion creating tangible results. So transformational working with you…I am frankly extremely pleasantly surprised, as I have tried other coaching/classes/therapies. Thank you, Kelsay!”
