Individual Sessions

I provide brave sanctuaries for you to encounter the parts of your persona you cannot face alone. You learn to listen to your inner symbols, follow creative impulses and unravel the wisdom that logic alone cannot reach, so you can have real and lasting transformation.

Transforming old stories and investing in personal development takes courage, compassion and commitment. I honor that commitment you make.

My approach blends deep inner work with creative expansion to help you break free from the stories that keep you small. I weave together expressive arts, parts work, trauma-informed somatics and embodied storytelling, so you learn to take up space, embody your truth and stand firmly in your values. You’ll cultivate the courage to be seen, the clarity to lead from your soul and the resilience to walk a path that others may not understand at first.

Some benefits of working with Kelsay are:

  • Experiencing inner peace and safety.

  • Resolving patterns of overwhelm, stress and trauma responses.

  • Building trust in your own voice and life choices.

  • Living with greater joy, confidence, and presence.

  • Expressing yourself without fear, no matter what is happening around you.

How does it work?

Unlike other coaches and therapists, I don’t follow a script written by some renowned figure of what’s been done before and force you to follow someone else’s steps to transformation. Those transformations won’t last.

I am specialized in guiding every client’s unique process of becoming. My work is focused on what will help each person to express all the aspects of who they are, so they can have more confidence, trust and power in their life.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients on their personal and professional development to help them gain the confidence to launch their business, stand up for their beliefs and desires in current relationships, finally feel safe in their body and accept themselves as they are, discover their true passion and direction for the next chapter in life, and much more.

My individual sessions are either 60 minutes for $220 or 90 minutes for $250.

R. Ebora, Multi-disciplinary Artist & Independent Consultant in Batangas City, The Philippines

“I sought out sessions with Kelsay at a time when I was blurry, out-of-sorts, and generally detached from everything. My goals were to reconnect to purpose, be more present, enhance creativity, and accomplish groundedness. These were all realized with the gentle and consistent support I received from Kelsay during our weekly sessions. I felt heard, understood, wisely and firmly guided by her. . .Of my several experiences with coaches, I can affirmatively say that she ranks high when it comes to effectiveness, congruency, and professionalism.”

Meet Your Coach

Kelsay Elizabeth Myers

My path has been to embody myself, to truly accept what arises within me and express it, so I can be of service to those who are ready to claim their own power.

I look at myself, others and the world and try to create something beautiful from the composition, and sometimes, from the wreckage. I’ve spent my entire life uncovering more and more layers and facets of who I am. Among my many facets: I am a woman, a lesbian, a millennial, a Korean adoptee, a writer, a mixed media artist, a dreamer and a trauma specialist who works along the edges of the mythic self, trauma resolution and compassionate change.

One of the greatest gifts I received from expressive arts has been the mirroring, active witnessing and integration of my whole self. I want more people who experience trauma, disconnection and fragmentation, or what I call “shards of the self,” to reclaim their power. My work guides you into the places where confidence, clarity and self-trust have been fractured—and supports you in rebuilding from the inside out. I hold a grounded, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect to your authenticity, strengthen your voice and remember that you are the author of your life.

In a society that tries to tear down what is most precious about us through trauma, loss, neglect, disconnection or whatever experiences you encounter that take you away from your own sense of self, I help to restore you in mind, body, heart and spirit. You’ll learn to make empowered decisions, set boundaries clearly and expand your capacity to feel, express and take action from a place of sovereignty.

With dual M.F.A. degrees in Creative Writing from Saint Mary’s College of California and certification as an Awakened Life Coach and a Tamalpa Institute Life/Art Process® Practitioner, I have 14 years of experience teaching, researching and collaborating in integrative somatic trauma therapy modalities, identity and ways of understanding the self, what makes a meaningful life and using the arts for personal and social transformation. Through my award-winning business, Dialogical Persona Healing Arts, I offer cutting edge transformational programs that help people to dance, define and dream their future.

If you’re ready to reclaim your personal power, I invite you to take the next step. Let’s talk. I offer FREE Express Yourself Connection Calls to learn more about what’s happening for you.
